A recent survey by Dr. Denise Hines of 302 abused men found these men routinely faced sex discrimination when they sought help from DV hotlines, shelters, and service providers . Tasmania: $200 Million Lawsuit Filed Against Domestic Violence Law

A group called “Juries Against Illegal Laws” (JAIL) has filed a $200 million lawsuit against the Tasmanian (Australia) Family Violence Act.
