This webinar will help prosecutors and criminal justice partners identify, evaluate, and develop improved responses to cases involving battered women who are arrested for using violence against their abusers. The webinar will specifically address prosecutorial and law enforcement decision-making considerations, the role advocates can play in case assessment, challenges prosecutors and justice systems face in identifying and analyzing these cases and the benefits of a model contextualized prosecutorial response.
